A little bit about me -
. I began my formal dance training at age 18 while in the midst of my first semester of college. Since then I have received multiple degrees including an Associate of Arts in Dance Performance from Casper College, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre and Dance from the University of Wyoming and a Master of Fine Arts in Modern Dance from the University of Utah. I have had the opportunity to work with such esteemed teachers/choreographers including Ellen Bromberg, Bronwen Curry, Della Davidson, Bill Evans, Abby Fiat, Pamela Geber, Zvi Gotheiner, Susan Hadley, Satu Hummasti, Marsha Fay Knight, Andrea Miller, and Peter Pucci. I have also had the opportunity to perform in such venues as The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts (Washington, D.C.); The White Wave Dance Festival (NYC); The American Dance Guild's 50th Anniversary (NYC); The International Choreographer's Showcase (Madrid, Spain); and several American College Dance Festivals throughout the nation. Currently, I am in my third season as a full time company member with Salt Lake City's Repertory Dance Theatre, where I have had the pleasure of performing the works of some of the dance world's most renowned choreographers including Doris Humphrey, Michio Ito, José Limón, Murray Louis, Daniel Nagrin, Anna Sokolow, Shapiro & Smith, Charles Widman and Laura Dean. Together, with fellow colleague and educator Sarah Donohue, I am continuing to further my choreographic and performance skills in our emerging dance company My Turkey Sandwich. When not on stage or in the studio, I serve as Director for the Repertory Dance Theatre's Community School.
